Why SafeTREC?
SafeTREC started as a group of concerned parents who shared the purpose of finding a way to leverage the technology of tomorrow to make our loved ones, friends and communities safer today.
We know that in today’s world protecting your kids, other family members, friends and yourself is not as simple as it once was. We felt that, if given the opportunity and means, anyone would help protect the people they care about from danger.
We sought a solution that would utilize cutting-edge technology to provide a way to increase personal security. Currently, in the United States more than eighty percent of adults and over seventy percent of all teenagers now own cell phones. This fact alone made it obvious to us that the cell phone is the one object that the vast majority of individuals carry with them at all times – regardless of age, gender, race or economic status.
And so we decided to transform the now-ubiquitous mobile phone into a personal security device and a better way to safeguard us.
We feel that SafeTREC is the best way today to enhance the safety of you, your family and friends, and give you peace of mind.
